Delete your Wajha account
You can initiate account deletion inside the Wajha app or by sending a request from this page.

- 1. Open Wajha and go to Profile.
- 2. Open Account.
- 3. Select Delete account.
- 4. Review the consequences, type DELETE, and send the prepared request.
No app access?
Email the privacy team
Send the request from the email address connected to your Wajha account. Include your account email so the team can identify the correct account.

What happens next
Your account is not deleted when the email draft opens. You must send the request, and deletion occurs only after the request is confirmed and processed.
A completed request removes or anonymizes account-associated personal data, including account-backed activity, subject to information that may legitimately be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal or regulatory reasons.
Your local browsing profile is separate from the authenticated account. Removing the account does not necessarily remove locally stored nickname or demographic details from a device.
Deleting or uninstalling the app is not the same as deleting an account. Contact privacy@wajha.qa with questions.
Important
Never send passwords, one-time codes, QR codes or other authentication secrets in a deletion request.
