Agreement
Wajha is a product developed by the Wajha founding team.
By using Wajha, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use account-backed services.
The service
Wajha provides public Restaurant and offer discovery together with Access offers, Last Bite, visits and check-ins, loyalty, ratings and Restaurant validation. Features may be in development, and availability may vary by Restaurant, location, time and device.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 to use account-backed Wajha features and must be able to agree to these Terms under applicable law.
Accounts
Browsing does not require an account. Visits, redemptions, Last Bite claims, loyalty and ratings require authentication. You are responsible for access to your device and account and for keeping information you provide accurate.
Offers and Restaurant content
Participating Restaurants control availability, fulfilment and operational details. Catalogue information can change, and a displayed item is not guaranteed until confirmed through its applicable Wajha flow. Wajha may correct errors or stale information.
Access, Last Bite, visits and loyalty
- Validation codes are short-lived and one-time where applicable.
- Codes must be presented to authorized staff at the applicable Restaurant and location.
- Screenshots, copying, transfer, resale, manipulation or misuse may be rejected.
- Restaurant, branch, timing, availability and offer-specific restrictions apply.
Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, false ratings or duplicate accounts used to evade limits.
- Automated access, scraping or unauthorized commercial use.
- Tampering with QR codes, customer codes, validation or service security.
- Harassment, interference with the service or misuse of participating Restaurants.
- Reverse engineering except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.
Suspension and termination
Wajha may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary for abuse, fraud, security or legal reasons. You may stop using the service, sign out or request account deletion.
Intellectual property and submissions
The Wajha brand, interface and software belong to their respective rights holders. Restaurant names, trademarks and content remain owned by their respective owners.
When you submit ratings or feedback, you grant Wajha the limited rights needed to store, process, moderate and present that content as part of the service.
Third-party services
Wajha depends on services including Google Sign-In, participating Restaurants and infrastructure providers. Their separate terms and policies may apply to their services.
Service availability and responsibility
Wajha is provided as available. Catalogue information and availability can change. Participating Restaurants remain responsible for food, service, fulfilment, safety and delivery of their offers. Wajha remains responsible for operating its own service with reasonable care.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wajha is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from unavailable catalogue information, third-party services or Restaurant fulfilment. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for using Wajha lawfully, following offer-specific rules and avoiding conduct that harms Wajha, participating Restaurants or other users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
Changes
Wajha may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date will be updated, and material changes will be communicated where practical.
